I visited for treatment of a frozen shoulder, which was actually improving steadily before I came here. During my sessions, the physiotherapist made me do certain exercises and applied a very hard massage. Unfortunately, after this, my condition worsened instead of improving. I want to clarify that I have no personal complaints about the physiotherapist as an individual—he was well-mannered and polite. However, from a treatment perspective, I felt that my condition was not handled appropriately. For issues like frozen shoulder or other major orthopedic problems, I believe a more cautious and medically guided approach is required. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend consulting an orthopedician or a qualified doctor for serious conditions before opting for such treatment. In my opinion, this center may be suitable for basic physiotherapy, routine exercises, or minor issues, but not for complex or major conditions.
